Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat cooker to 375 degrees F (190 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Filter concurrently the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a big bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy white. Beat in the eggs one at a period, then fuss in the vanilla.
  • Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream, mixing just until blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake it at the temperature of 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Cool cake before serving.
