Pancake muffins
Pancake muffins are essentially a hybrid between a pancake and a muffin. They are made by combining the ingredients of a pancake with the ingredients of a muffin.

- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Eggs
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ tablespoon Baking powder
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- Fruits
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup Nuts
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ tablespoon Baking soda
A 400-degree oven preheats (200 degrees C)Oil bottoms just for 12 muffin cups, or line with paper bake cups.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Pour milk, butter, and egg yolk.
Mix it properly until dry ingredients are moistened. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds rich.
20 to 25 minutes of baking, or until golden brown. Cool in a pan on a wire shelf for 5 minutes.
