Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Banana bread loaf ( sliced )
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the eggs and condensed milk ( you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract if needed ). Keep this mixture aside.
  • Heat some butter on a large pan.
  • Dip the sliced pieces of banana bread in the mixture and cook both sides to a golden brown on the melted butter.
