Banana Bread French Toast

- 3 eggs
- 1 Banana bread loaf ( sliced )
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
Whisk together the eggs and condensed milk ( you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract if needed ). Keep this mixture aside.
Heat some butter on a large pan.
Dip the sliced pieces of banana bread in the mixture and cook both sides to a golden brown on the melted butter.
