Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
It would be better if you add the dry ingredients along with butter and milk. It all comes together after a thorough stirring to remove any lumps.
Top the batter with some pizza sauce.
Add some cheese on top.
On top of the cheese layer, layer the chopped and caramelized bacon and ham.
Add more cheese to the top layer.
Mix in a pinch of dried herbs (I used oregano and chili flakes).
Microwave on high for a minute and a few seconds, or until it rises and the cheese on top is melted.
Cool for some time before serving.
The flavor was terrific, just like a regular pizza, even though the base was softer. The cheese and other toppings enhanced the pizza's flavor. This is a must-try recipe, and I can't wait to experiment with different flavor combinations in the future.
