Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • 1 bit Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3-3.5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter or any flavorless oil
  • 1 tbsp Pizza sauce (store-bought) 
  • 1-1.5 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes
  • Minced Ham and Bacon that are caramelized (Choose to use any 1-2 toppings that you prefer)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  • It would be better if you add the dry ingredients along with butter and milk. It all comes together after a thorough stirring to remove any lumps.
  • Top the batter with some pizza sauce.
  • Add some cheese on top.
  • On top of the cheese layer, layer the chopped and caramelized bacon and ham.
  • Add more cheese to the top layer.
  • Mix in a pinch of dried herbs (I used oregano and chili flakes).
  • Microwave on high for a minute and a few seconds, or until it rises and the cheese on top is melted.
  • Cool for some time before serving.
  • The flavor was terrific, just like a regular pizza, even though the base was softer. The cheese and other toppings enhanced the pizza's flavor. This is a must-try recipe, and I can't wait to experiment with different flavor combinations in the future.
