Ingredients
  

  • ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces package of cream cheese, softened
  • cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter or as needed

Instructions
 

  • To find a safe bowl and mix the cheese and cream together well and melt it slightly in the microwave, which will take about 45 seconds. At regular intervals, remove the pan from the microwave and stir until it is completely melted and ready for the next step.
  • Take some almond flour, baking powder and garlic powder well stirred into a bowl. Add some egg accordingly. Drop this mixture into the previous bowl kept with the melted cheese ready and mix well. Add some cheese and knead well into the dough.
  • Place a plastic wrap sheet on a plane surface and sprinkle gently with almond flour. Roll up the dough into a ball form by transferring it into the center of the plastic sheet placed earlier. Move the dough into the refrigerator and wait until it slightly hardens for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Make sure, the oven is preheated to pr425 degrees F (220 degrees C).  Lay down a  dark baking sheet greased with butter.
  • Separate the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 8 equal-sized pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place it on the arranged baking sheet, equally spaced to avoid the sides touching as it is very likely for the biscuits to spread while baking.
