- Light brown sugar (5-6 teaspoons)
- Salt (2 teaspoons)
- Vanilla extract (20gm)

- All-purpose flour (40g)

- Baking soda (2 teaspoons)
- Oil (60-70mg)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 large bowl)
- Instant coffee powder (3-4 teaspoons)
You don’t need a mixer or grinder to prepare the cookie dough. Mash the butter into smithereens with a spatula.
Then add the room-temperature egg and mix again until it is combined. Add the instant coffee mixture with the recipe along with vanilla extract and mix it well. Shift the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Add oil. Use a spatula to start mixing the paste. The mixture will be in a dry state. Just keep mixing until you get a rough form.
Fold the whole chocolate chip and keep on mixing it. Mix until it gets sticky
Cover and cool the cookie dough for one hour. If you can do it overnight, that's better and appropriate.
Scoop 8 grams of dough and roll until it gets around the shape. Put them ½ inches apart, Finally cool them in the freezer for 15 minutes before baking.
Put the baking sheet on the positioned racks. Bake evenly and properly for 15 minutes. Cool the cookie for 5 minutes before removing it. Even Though it looks soft, it'll be crispy once cooled down.
