Total Time 25 minutes mins
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 scoops Butter
- Milk: 350-500ml
- 2-3 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Chocolate
- 300 grms Quick oats
Take out a medium saucepan and add the necessary amount of sugar along with some milk and butter also don’t forget to add unsweetened cocoa powder. A professional chef would most probably choose Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder. Altogether mix well in medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until it boils.
As you can see the mixture has come to a boiling point but make sure you don’t go overboard with the process of boiling as it would make your cookies alarmingly dry. This is a really crucial step and it will determine the soft crispness of cookies
After taking it off the heat add peanut butter or any other extracts preferably Vanilla Until we get a smooth consistency. Along with it add Quick coating oats, so that everything is well combined. Take out a cookie sheet or parchment sheet. Slightly Oil it with butter. Slowly scoop out the cookie mixture with a spoon and gently flatten it on the top.
Keep it outside untouched for around 20-30 minutes at room temperature until it's completely set. Maintain an ambivalent tone of crispiness and softness together
Finally, add up some syrup or whipped cream depending on your preferences. Your freshly nonbaked cookies are ready to be served.
