Pancake muffins

Pancake muffins are essentially a hybrid between a pancake and a muffin. They are made by combining the ingredients of a pancake with the ingredients of a muffin.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour                                   
  • 1 cup  Milk                            
  • 1 Eggs                            
  • ½ cup   Sugar                           
  • ¼ tablespoon  Baking powder             
  • 4 tablespoon  Butter                              
  • Fruits
  • ½ cup   chocolate chips
  • ½ cup  Nuts                       
  • ½ teaspoon  Salt                                   
  • ½ tablespoon  Baking soda                       

Instructions
 

  • A 400-degree oven preheats (200 degrees C)Oil bottoms just for 12 muffin cups, or line with paper bake cups.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Pour milk, butter, and egg yolk.
  • Mix it properly until dry ingredients are moistened. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds rich.
  • 20 to 25 minutes of baking, or until golden brown.  Cool in a pan on a wire shelf for 5 minutes.
