Coconut Jelly Recipe-It's Damn Tasty!

Coconut jelly is the fermented gel from coconut water that undergoes microbial cellulose production.

Ingredients
  

  • coconut water
  • 1 tbsp agar powder/gelatin
  • 3 tbsp 3 sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut milk and agar to a saucepan over medium flame.
  • Add sugar as you require and stir it well until it dissolves with coconut milk. Then you can remove it from the heat.
  • After that, add coconut cream or tender coconut flesh once it has cooled to room temperature , and stir it well until it mixes well.
  • Pour the jelly into moulds or trays.Cool for around 3 hours. After that, you can remove them from the trays or moulds.
