- 1 tbsp agar powder/gelatin
- 3 tbsp 3 sugar
- 1 cup coconut cream
Add the coconut milk and agar to a saucepan over medium flame.
Add sugar as you require and stir it well until it dissolves with coconut milk. Then you can remove it from the heat.
After that, add coconut cream or tender coconut flesh once it has cooled to room temperature , and stir it well until it mixes well.
Pour the jelly into moulds or trays.Cool for around 3 hours. After that, you can remove them from the trays or moulds.
