Caramelized Onions and Bacon Mashed Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 slice bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt + pepper, to taste
